We are very proud of this product and we stand behind it. Each Coldpole is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for one full year from date of purchase. However, we cannot warrant our poles against damage from frozen liquids, so please avoid filling with non-alcoholic beverages on cold days. If you have a question or problem, just send us an e-mail.
